Over the last couple of years, our chefs have had the most amazing opportunities to attend courses in sushi preparation, cooking and making. The course is lead by a Japanese man who spends hours explaining the techniques behind each style of sushi that is made on various menus throughout the world.

The course teaches our chefs to use their patience and knives skills to produce simple and gourmet styled sushi. Each chef is given an A4 picture with 5 different types of sushi styles and our chefs are to copy the pictures to complete their practical assessment.
